At ZELVANORIX, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, please read our returns policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It should be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable Items

- Personalized products
- Health and personal care items
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Include the RAN, along with the original receipt, inside the package.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at [email protected].
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
